CONNECTICUT- A man allegedly pulled a gun out on two women Saturday because they didn’t thank him for holding a door open for them, police said.
Police responded to a Family Dollar store after receiving a report that a man was pointing a gun at two customers outside of the store, the Hamden Police Department wrote in a statement.
When officers arrived at the scene, a witness told them that the suspect, identified as Joshua Murray, allegedly pointed a gun at the women after he held a door open for them and they didn’t thank him, according to reports.
Murray was arrested, and police found a firearm on him.
No one was injured during the incident.
He was charged with carrying a pistol without a permit, two counts of second-degree breach of peace, and interfering with a police officer.
