MANHATTAN, NY- Police are searching for a suspect who punched an 82-year-old man, and stole his cane in an attempted robbery at a Manhattan Bodega Wednesday morning.
The victim was buying coffee at the Bodega, when the suspect demanded that he give him money, or else he would take his cane.
When the victim refused to hand over his money to the suspect, video footage shows him punching the elderly man in the head and taking his cane before fleeing the store.
The victim refused medical attention, but suffered minor head injuries.
