FLORIDA- A man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for killing a K-9 that chased him.
Jhamal Malik Paskel, 19, was sentenced on Wednesday, along with 10 years of probation for killing a K-9 named “Fang” in 2018.
According to several other news outlets, Paskel, who was 17 at the time, pleaded guilty in December, for carjacking two women at a gas station, and forcing one of them to drive at gunpoint.
Paskel led police on a chase, and ran into a wooded area, where he was fatally shot the K-9 for chasing him.
It’s insane, how a teenager gets sentenced to 25 years in prison for killing a dog, but there are police officer’s slaughtering black men, who are unarmed and they get to walk free..
