HOUSTON, TEXAS- A man allegedly shot and killed his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend at a Denny’s Easter Sunday.
The fatal shooting happened around 1 a.m., reports KPRC-TV.
Police say the woman and her ex-boyfriend were at a Denny’s when they began arguing and the restaurant’s manager called 911. It’s unclear what the argument was about.
The woman left the Denny’s with her ex following her when her boyfriend showed up and all three began to argue.
The boyfriend is accused of pulling a gun out and and shooting the ex-boyfriend once. He was pronounced dead at the scene and the unidentified suspect was detained by police.
The woman was not injured.
The unidentified victim was in his 20’s. Police haven’t released any names of those involved and there is an on an ongoing investigation.
