FLORIDA- A man allegedly shot his neighbor during a dispute over loud music.
Zachary Moncada, 31, is accused of shooting his neighbor in the back before the victim’s family subdued him on the front lawn of their home, reports CBS 12.
Moncada’s gun was taken away, but he was able to fire several more rounds during the struggle before police arrived at the scene.
It’s unclear which one of the men was playing loud music.
The victim was taken to a hospital and placed in stable condition.
Moncada was charged with attempted first-degree murder and aggravated assault.
