ATLANTA- A man was shot inside of a movie theater after an argument over seating during a showing of the movie Spider-Man, police say.
Atlanta police say they responded to “a report of a person shot” around 10:45 p.m. Monday at an AMC theater.
Once police arrived at the scene, they found a male with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. An investigation found that the victim was involved in an argument with the suspect about seating assignments.
The suspect shot the victim, and then fled the scene.
The victim was taken to a hospital and is in stable condition.
Police are still searching for the suspect.
