Man Tortured Elderly Woman Found Alive Inside Tote Bag On His Porch, Says She Was A “Snitch”

CLEVELAND, OHIO- A man was arrested after police found a woman “stuffed” inside of a container on his porch.

Dalontay Edmond-Geiger, 31, was arrested May 2, after officers performed a welfare check on his residence and found a 60-year-old woman screaming in pain, reports WKYC.

Edmond-Geiger reportedly picked up the unidentified victim in May and is accused of stabbing, beating and torturing her before zip-tying her hands and stuffing her inside of a container, according to police.

Police heard moaning, and Edmond reportedly played music to drown her sounds, but officers found her stuffed inside of a tote on his porch.

The victim is being treated at a hospital for her injuries.

Police were alerted by another woman, who told them Edmond had claimed to have killed the victim in retaliation for her “snitching.”

The woman also stated that Edmond showed her photos on his phone of what he did to the woman when she was buying drugs from him at the home.

Edmond was indicted Wednesday on multiple counts that include attempted murder, kidnapping and felonious assault.
