NEW JERSEY- A man has been arrested and charged after police say he used Facebook to exchange child porn.
Devin Luis Ramos-Artigas, 26, was arrested on April 15 after an investigation by the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators say Ramos-Artigas used his Facebook account and “requested, received and sent videos of child pornography”, The New York Daily News reports.
The videos were of children from the ages of 4 to 13-years-old.
Ramos-Artigas is facing multiple charges of endangering the welfare of a child charges, possession of child pornography and distribution of child pornography.
He’s currently in jail.
