THE BRONX, NY- Police have arrested a man accused of shooting a father in broad daylight as he was walking with his two daughters last week.
Micheal Lopez, 27, is facing charges that include attempted murder, assault, criminal possession of a firearm of a weapon, reckless endangerment, use of a firearm and more.
Lopez was arrested on attempted murder charges in the past, according to his arrest history.
He was seen on video footage, opening fire on a 24-year-old man in the Mount Eden section of The Bronx on June 17.
The victim was with his two daughters, who dropped to the ground, in front of a Bodega, as Lopez shot at their father with no regard for them.

He was shot in his back and legs and was taken to a hospital where he’s being treated.
