MISSISSIPPI- Two men who found a “free car” also found a dead body this past weekend.
The men found the vehicle with a “free car” sign and the key inside. When one of the men arrived at his family member’s home, he opened the trunk to find the body of a dead man inside, police said, reports WLBT.
The victim was identified as Anthony Mccrillis, who was also the owner of the vehicle. He had been dead for several days and was found without his clothes, police said.
Mccrillis was last seen alive on Friday. He had no signs of trauma, and there is an ongoing investigation to determine if foul play was involved.
