A woman has been charged with murder in connection with the death of her baby.
According to knoe.com, police received a call March 12th about a 9-month-old baby that was unresponsive. According to court documents, a witness told police that Hall was sleeping with all three of her children on the bed, as her legs were on top of her baby.
The witness states that when the baby stopped breathing, Hall took the baby to the kitchen and dropped him on the floor. That’s when another witness began performing CPR.
The baby was taken to the Hospital and pronounced dead.
Hall admitted to using Meth two days before and ecstasy before going to sleep in her bed with all of her three children. She also told police that she woke up to find her baby dead at the end of the bed.
Hall tested positive for Meth, ecstasy, marijuana and amphetamines.
Hall was charged with second-degree murder.
