MIAMI- Police confirm that the death toll is 5 in the Miami building collapse and many more are still missing.
Rescuers had to put a halt on efforts Saturday, due to a fire that is burning from inside of the rubble, according to Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava.
Cava said during a press conference that there have been “incredible difficulties” due to the fire that’s “very deep”.
156 people are still unaccounted for, and President Biden has offered help in the rescue efforts.
