Michigan Mother Allegedly Shoots Woman Pregnant By The Same Man

MICHIGAN- A mother is accused of allegedly fatally shooting a woman who got pregnant by the same man she did.

Shantonya Williamson, 26, who is pregnant, saw the father of her baby inside of a car with another pregnant woman on Sunday, according to WJBK.

Williamson had her 2-year-old son with her.

Police said the boyfriend got out of the car and began arguing with Williamson, who then pulled a gun out and allegedly began shooting at the pregnant woman in the car.

The unidentified victim suffered a gunshot wound to her leg and is expected to live.

Police say they witnessed Williamson allegedly slapping her boyfriend, as they were driving past a house.

Williamson was arrested and charged with fourth-degree child abuse and assault with intent to murder, and her bond was set at $750,000.
