Mike (The Situation) Sorrentino is set to be released from a federal prison in Otisville, New York on Thursday after serving eight months for tax evasion, prison records show and a rep for the reality TV star confirmed to the Daily News.
His brother was sentenced to 2 years as well.
That was fast.. It’s like we blinked and Mike came home. The guy got really lucky if you ask me because his original sentence was 24 months as we all saw on an episode of “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” where Pauly D, Snooki and the rest of the cast began to yell and cry at a television when hearing what he was sentenced to.
Great that’s he’s home.
