TAMPA, FLORIDA- A missing 11-year-old girl was found at the home of her 22-year-old boyfriend’s home, police say.
The minor was allegedly found at the home of Luis Alberto Encarnacion, a day after an Amber Alert was issued, Pasco County Sheriff’s Office at a press conference.
The girl, whose name is being withheld due to her age, most likely met Encarnacion on social media, police say.
Police say two other men, Reginald Clark, 17, and Jonathon MacGregor, 19, were captured on footage picking the girl up at a local 7-Eleven station.
It’s unclear if the two men are linked to Encarnacion.
Encarnacion was charged with two counts of sexual battery against a victim under 12, two counts of lewd or lascivious battery, concealing the location of a minor and one count of a communication device.
Clark and MacGregor were both charged with interfering with child custody, Click Orlando.
