CHICAGO – A missing woman was found chained inside of an abandoned home after a passerby heard her screaming for help.
Antoine Dobine told FOX32 Chicago that she heard the woman’s cries coming from inside of the abandoned home as she was walking in the West Pullman neighborhood.
When police arrived at the house, they found the 36-year-old woman chained to a bedroom wall, reports the news station.
The unidentified woman told WGN-TV that she was held against her will for almost 5 days and raped twice by a man who allegedly grabbed her as she was walking to a store.
She said she tried to fight off the suspect but was unable to escape him.
The suspect is described as a man in his 60’s. Police are searching for him.
