SOUTH CAROLINA- A 21-year-old woman was found dead in South Carolina, days after she was reported missing.
Sheridan Wahl, had visited her father in Myrtle Beach last week, but never made it home.
The following day, her mother reported her missing on Facebook.
DeArment Wahl wrote on Sept. 20, “Please help me find my daughter. Last seen at 300 S. Ocean in Myrtle Beach. We haven’t heard from her since 1p and her phone is not picking up.”
“She could have been driving back from Myrtle Beach to Tampa. Let let me know if anyone has seen her. Otherwise please pray she comes home to us safely!.”
On Sept. 21, Sheridan’s body was found behind a gas station in Pamplico, reports ABC4. Her cause of death is unknown.
The Florence County Sheriff’s Office announced on Thursday that Wahl’s car was found burnt in a field about 10 miles from where her body was found.
