NYC- A teen who was reported missing in Brooklyn this week was found murdered on freight train tracks, police said Friday.
Deandre Mattews, 19, was last seen alive when he left his home on East 56th Street near Linden Boulevard in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn around 5:45 p.m. Monday, according to The Post.
Less than a day after being reported missing, Mathews was found by police lying on freight train tracks with a gunshot wound to his head and “significant burn wounds through his body” three miles from Nostrand Ave., The Post reported.
Police said he also showed signs of smoke inhalation.
Mattews death has been ruled as a homicide and there have been no arrests made, and there aren’t many details surrounding his death.
