Missing Pregnant Teen And Boyfriend’s Deaths Caused By Gunshots To The Head

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS – (Update) A missing pregnant teen and her boyfriend died by gunshot wounds to the head, police said.

The medical examiner’s office determined Friday that Matthew Guerra’s death was a homicide and his girlfriend, Savanah Soto, died from gunshot wounds to the head and her death was also ruled a homicide.

Authorities said they’re investigating their deaths as capital murder.

Police are seeking two people of interest after releasing security camera footage near where Soto and Guerra were found.

One male can be seen on video getting out of a dark-colored pickup truck and another was seen driving Guerra’s Kia Optima.

There have been no arrests as of Friday morning.

Police believe Soto and Guerra were dead for days before their bodies were found last Tuesday.

Soto was reported missing on Dec. 23 when she failed to show up for her scheduled induction.
