Missing Rapper Theophilus London Found On Skid Row, Police Refused To Help, Friend

LOS ANGELES- Rapper Theophilus “Theo” London, who’s been reported missing, was found on skid row by a friend, but police failed to help.

As I wrote before, a missing report was filed in December for London. It states London, 35, was last in contact with someone through text messages on Oct. 15, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The rapper was last seen alive on that day leaving his home in the 1600 block of Ventura Boulevard and was seen on skid row.

A friend of London claims he found him.

Los Angeles based musician Kenneth Cartel posted a video on his Instagram, which allegedly shows him approaching London on Skid Row.

Cartel was unable to get London on video, because he began shouting “Don’t follow me!”, as he walked away from him.

He replied to him, “Bro wtf, your family & friends looking for you!”

Cartel says he ran in the middle of the street to speak police, who refused to help, despite a report being filed and an open case. They told Cartel that they couldn’t intervene unless London committed a crime.

Cartel is asking for the public’s help in bringing London back home. He posted that he’s looking for people in L.A., so he could create a search team.

He says he has got in contact with London’s family and close friends.
