YouTuber Desmond “Etika” Amofah, 29, who was missing, has been found deceased.
This news has been confirmed by the NYPD.
Authorities began searching for Amofah after he went missing last week, and uploaded a very alarming video on his channel where he was speaking on suicide.
YouTube took the video down, by it’s been uploaded by others.
The NYPD posted his photo asking the public for any information on June 20th.

He was last heard from June 19 at about 8PM by phone. He is 29 years old, approx 6 feet tall, and 160 lbs. He is a known @YouTube blogger and has many people concerned after a recent video. On June 22nd, his belongings were found on along the Brooklyn Bridge, which included his I.D., his clothing, cellphone and his nintendo switch.
NYPD has now confirmed via Twitter that he has been found deceased.

It’s not clear how he died, but he did have a history of mental health issues..
