Man is charged after impregnating 12-year-old girl he brought to hospital
OKLAHOMA- A man has been charged after impregnating a 12-year-old and bringing her to a hospital, police say.
Juan Miranda-Jara, 24, was arrested on July 14 after he brought the minor to a hospital so she could give birth, according to Tulsa Police.
When police arrived at the Hospital, Miranda admitted to police that he was the newborn’s biological father.
He also told police that he had been in a relationship with the girl since Oct.
Jare was charged with first-degree rape.
The age of consent in Oklahoma is 16.
