UTAH- Mormon TikToker Taylor Frankie Paul has been arrested on domestic violence charges, according to reports.
Police arrested Paul, 28, Friday after officers were responding to a call about a domestic dispute at around 11 p.m., according to PEOPLE.
Paul was charged with misdemeanor charges of assault, commission of domestic violence in the presence of a child and criminal mischief, according to a press release by the Herriman Police Department.
After her initial charges, detectives said they received video evidence that was submitted to them and is being viewed for felony assault charges and a misdemeanor charge of reckless child abuse.
“This evidence also suggests that during the incident, Ms. Paul’s minor child was injured by an action of Ms. Paul,” police said.
The TikToker, who’s open about her “soft-swinging” lifestyle, has two children with her ex-husband, who she divorced last May due to her allegedly cheating on him with her new boyfriend.
