BROWNWOOD, Texas — A mother from Texas has been charged wit the murder for her the death of her 2 month old.
According to court documents, Vanessa Narvaez admitted to slamming her 2 month old son against the floor. Documents state that “she picked Anival up, and slammed him down on the floor not once but twice.”
KTXS reports that rangers then took her back to her family’s house so that she can re-enact the murder for them.
The child’s father, who’s name is Daniel, told police that he had went out to get lunch when the murder had took place.
He said Anival was unconscious when he came home. He also that Vanessa had told him that Anival climbed on a dresser and had fell off.
Doctors at the ER said that the baby’s injuries were possible “unless someone hit Anival halfway down with a baseball bat.”
Vanessa Narvaez was arrested on Nov. 19 and was charged with murder.
