PENNSYLVANIA- A mother has been charged with murder for the deaths of her two children who were found hanging dead.
Lisa Snyder, 36, was arrested on Monday at her home in Albany where her children were found dead.
According to The Reading Eagle, Brinley Snyder, 4, and Conner Snyder, 8,were both found dead, hanging from a dog leash in their basement, with overturned chairs right by them.
Both children were brought to a Hospital where they spent 4 days on life support and died..
