NORTH CAROLINA- Charges for a mother who gave drugs to minors, which killed her daughter, have upgraded to murder.
The Onslow County Sheriff’s Office says Nancy Kellum, 37, provided fentanyl-laced heroin and methamphetamine to her daughter and another juvenile, who was a relative back in Feb.
Autopsy results show Kellum’s daughter died from a deadly combination of Fentanyl, heroin and Methamphetamine.
Previous charges for Kellum include three of counts felony child abuse inflicting serious bodily injury.
