GEORGIA- A mother of 2 has been found dead, after her boyfriend’s ex-girlfriend became jealous that they were dating.
According to WRBL, the body of Tameka Skinner, 39, was found in a wooded area on Monday afternoon with gunshot wounds.
Investigators say that Skinner, and her boyfriend were assaulted 1 a.m. on Monday at the Huckleberry Hill Apt complex.
3 men, and 1 woman kidnapped Skinner in her vehicle, leaving her injured boyfriend behind.
Police found Skinner’s vehicle in another county, where they had noticed another vehicle that was suspicious close-by. When they attempted to make contact with the driver, they sped off, leading the police on a chase.
After the car chase, police arrested 4 suspects.
Police have charged 40-year-old Sean Johnson, 30-year-old Joshua Tolbert, 30-year-old Demetria Johnson and 33-year-old Javion Phillips with capital murder and kidnapping.
They say that the motive was jealousy, and Demetria Johnson was the mastermind, who planned the kidnapping of Skinner and her murder.
Skinner was dating Johnson’s ex, who is also the father of her 2 kids. She didn’t want Skinner with her ex, especially after her parenting skills were questioned by her.
Skinner made sure that her children’s father wasn’t killed, because she wanted her kids to have their father..
Police recovered a gun inside of the vehicle the suspects were in, and they believe it’s the same gun that was used to kill Skinner.
Skinner leaves behind 2 children.
