CHICAGO- A mother is accused of killing her 12-year-old son over a missing SD card, police say.
Fallon Harris, 37, is accused of shooting her son, Kaden Ingram, multiple times in his head at their home on Saturday morning.
Prosecutors say cameras inside of Harris’s home captured her pointing a gun at her son’s head, demanding he hand her over a memory card. When the boy told his mother that he didn’t have it, Harris allegedly shot him in the head, reports CBS2.
The boy was crying as he was unconscious, prosecutors say.
Harris then answered a phone call as her son was lying on the floor with a gunshot to his head. She then demanded that he give her the memory card again.
Prosecutors allege that Harris then shot her son again in the head.
Family members called police after Harris told them what she had did to her son.
The boy was found by police, lying on the floor with multiple gunshot wounds to his his head. He was taken to a Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Harris has been charged with second-degree murder.
