Mother Turns In Son After He Allegedly Robbed 81-Year-Old Woman

MINNESOTA- A teen wanted by police for allegedly robbing an elderly woman was turned in by his mother after seeing him on CCTV footage.

Yikes..

Isaiah Jamal Foster, 18, has been charged with aggravated robbery and assault for allegedly assaulting an 81-year-old woman at a Walgreens on Dec. 23, FOX reports.

Police released video footage last which allegedly shows Foster trying to steal the elderly woman’s purse as she was walking into a store.

Foster the woman was pulled so violently that she was dragged to the sidewalk.

The victim suffered bleeding in her brain, pelvis and other injuries after falling to the floor when she was pulled. She was treated at a hospital and later released.

Foster’s mother told police that she recognized the suspects coat in footage as her son’s and was confident in identifying him.

“I’m 100 percent sure that is him,” Foster’s mother told police, according to a criminal complaint.

Police say he was wearing the same coat he had on during the robbery.
