Motorcyclist In Philly Who Pulled Gun Out And Stomped On Woman’s Car Is Arrested After Boss Tips Off Police

PHILLY- A motorcyclist who was allegedly seen on cellphone footage stomping on a woman’s car with two children before brandishing a gun has been arrested after his employer tipped off police.

Cody Heron, 26, was charged with possession of an instrument of crime, recklessly endangering another person, and multiple counts of aggravated assault over the attack that occurred on Sunday.

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner reportedly requested Heron be held on $5 million bail, but a judge set it for 10% of $2.5 million during Heron’s arraignment Wednesday night, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Heron is accused of being the biker in the video who shattered the mother’s window before pulling a gun out on her as her two children, ages 2 and 5, were sitting in the backseat at the time.

Heron is allegedly seen stomping on Nikki Bullock’s vehicle, as his gun falls from his waistband. He’s then seen picking the gun up and pointing it at the 23-year-old victim.

Bullock confronted Heron, who headbutted her, before she walks back to her vehicle to get her children out of the car.

The dispute began after Heron ran into the driver’s side door of Bullock, who was also with her girlfriend, as the large group of motorcyclists, ATV riders and bikers took control of the street.

After the video went viral on social media, tips began to pour in, including one from Heron’s employer, which led police to arrest him.
