MIAMI– MTV’s ‘Wild ‘N Out’ cast member Jacky Oh’s cause of death has been revealed months after her death.
The Miami-Dade Medical Examiner’s Office said on Friday that the former MTV personality, whose real name is Jacklyn Smith, 32, died from complications from cosmetic surgery, first reported by TMZ.
Authorities were dispatched “in reference to an unresponsive female” on May 31, according to PEOPLE.
Smith was taken to Mercy Hospital, where she later pronounced dead.
Jacky Oh was a cast member on Wild ‘N Out for five seasons.
Jacky and fellow Wild ‘N Out cast member DC Young Fly share three after the pair met in 2015.
