Newly released footage shows Migos rapper Quavo arguing with a group of people seconds before his uncle Takeoff was killed.
In the video, obtained by TMZ, Quavo is heard calling someone “disrespectful” along with a few other offensive words around 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
The rapper is also heard mentioning “basketball”, but rumors are that an argument broke out over a dice game.
Takeoff is then heard saying in the video “I don’t get down like that!”, before gunfire erupted.
Police said there were about 40 people who attended the private event at 810 Billiards & Bowling when two gunmen allegedly opened fire out front, killing the former Migos rapper while he was playing dice.
Attendees ran, fleeing the scene before police arrived.
Two other people were shot. A 24-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man, who drove themselves to the hospital where they were treated for their injuries.
