Nicki Minaj Detained In Netherlands Over Alleged ‘Drugs’ In Luggage Before Concert

NETHERLANDS – Rapper Nicki Minaj was detained at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport on suspicion of possessing soft drugs before getting on her jet Saturday.

The Queens rapper took to her Instagram, livestreaming the incident as police went through her luggage and told her she had to be taken to a precinct before she was set to perform at a show in Britain.

Nicki claims that authorities did find “drugs” in her luggage, which were pre-rolled joints of marijuana belonging to her security guard, and marijuana is legal in Amsterdam, but transporting the drugs to another country is illegal, police said.

Nicki says the pilot asked her to delete any footage of the incident that she posted on social media, and she believes that she’s purposely being sabotaged after she recently fired a tour manager.
