LOS ANGELES- Nicki Minaj was reportedly “swatted” last week after someone called police and made a false report claiming her toddler son was being abused, police said.
An anonymous caller had notified child services that Minaj’s 2-year-old son was allegedly being abused which led to police showing up at the rapper’s L.A. house, a law enforcement source told TMZ.
Authorities spoke to Nicki and her husband, Kenneth Petty, at the scene and after examining the toddler and seeing no signs of child abuse, it was determined that the incident was a “swatting” prank.
Hours later, another caller phoned 911 and reported and alerted them that Minaj’s house was on fire, TMZ reported.
