Nicki Minaj, Cash Money Records are being sued for over $200 million for her song “Rich Sex”.
According to TMZ, Jawara Headley, a rapper, writer, producer, known as Brinx Billions, is claiming that he let Nicki hear his version of “Rich Sex” sometime before 2016.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, Brinx is claiming that Nicki told him it would be a global hit.
Jawara is already credited as a writer of “Rich Sex” according to the ASCAP database.
Nicki also allegedly stole Brinxs’ lyrics when she rapped “It ain’t such a thing as broke and handsome.” He claims that her song has similar music notes, beats and arrangement.
Brinx claims that he’s known Nicki since 2007, when they met over MySpace.
