CALIFORNIA- Nicki Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, has been arrested for failing to register as a sex offender in California, like he’s supposed to according to their state laws.
According to TMZ, Petty turned himself into the custody of the Marshall’ on Wed.
Petty has been residing in California, but back in Nov., he was pulled over and police seen that he was a registered sex offender in the state Of New York, so he had to register as well in the state of California as well, which he didn’t.
