NEW YORK- Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine isn’t the only former Nine Trey member that’s cooperating with the government.
According to The Daily News, former “Five Star General” Kristian Cruz, who dealt drugs for the Nine Trey Bloods, testified in court on Tuesday that he hired an NYPD sergeant to transport drugs for the gang who are turning on eachother.
The 24-year-old told the court that he hired sergeant Arlicia Robinson because she would draw less attention because she’s a police officer.
Cruz was asked by Nine Trey member Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack’s attorney Eylan Schulman, “The sergeant was the girlfriend of a friend of yours. She was an NYPD sergeant, I believe?, Cruz answered “Yes.”
Cruz is a key witness as he’s testifying against Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack, who’s been charged with kidnapping Tekashi 6ix9ine.
Cruz testified that he joined the Nine Trey Bloods in 2015, eventually becoming a “five star general”. He was also close to Jamal “Mel Murda” Jones, who he testified didn’t get along with “Nuke.”
The NYPD sergeant in question was indicted on Nov 19th, along with Nine Trey members in a huge takedown. She’s been out on a $100,000 bond for possession of heroin with intent to distribute. She also hasn’t appeared in court since Dec.
Shocking enough, Robinson hasn’t been fired, but is currently suspended. She is currently living in her Long Island home. Before she was busted, she was assigned to a Housing Bureau in Brooklyn, where she covered 22 housing projects.
Cruz says that he brought in $2-$3 million selling ecstacy and Fentanyl.
