Rapper Nipsey Hussle’s alleged killer Eric Holder was indicted on May 9th on one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder, one count of possession of a firearm by a felon and assault with a firearm.
Eric Holder, 29, pleaded not guilty to all of the charges brought against him on Tuesday.
He’ll be returning to court in June for his pre-trial meeting and currently being held on a $6.53 million.
Holder is being accused of shooting 33-year-old rapper Nipsey Hussle, who died from his injuries and two others in Los Angeles on March 31st.
Nipsey Hussle, whose real name is Ermias Asghedom was outside of his clothing store “Marathon Clothing”, when he was killed.
It’s believed that Nipsey and Holder had an argument just a little while before the shooting. That’s when Holder allegedly came back and shot Nipsey along with two others
The other two men survived, despite their injuries.
