No Privileges For Man Charged In Young Dolph’s Murder After He Releases Song While In Jail

MEMPHIS- One of the men charged in the murder of rapper Young Dolph has his visitation, writing and phone privileges suspended Tuesday, after he released a song on YouTube, according to Local Memphis.

Justin Johnson, whose rap name is Straight Drop, reportedly released a song on YouTube days before a Nov. 22, court hearing for another defendant charged in connection with Dolph’s murder, the news outlet reports.

The judge called the song an “inappropriate recording” and placed Johnson in “administrative segregation”, suspending his privileges.

He will only be allowed to meet with his attorneys.

Johnson has been charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and faces other charges.

Three other men have been charged.

Young Dolph was ambushed and killed as he was buying cookies at his favorite shop.
