BRONX- A cab driver was stabbed after three passengers attempted to leave without paying their fair on Jan. 20, police say.
The 34-year-old driver picked up the three passengers, who asked to be taken to 184 St. and Creston Ave and fled the cab without paying when they arrived, reports PIX11.
The driver chased after a female passenger and grabbed her.
Police say one of the men returned and stabbed the driver several times in the chest. All three suspects fled on foot.
The suspects stole an undetermined amount of money from the driver after the attack.
The driver was taken to a hospital where he was treated.
