NYC- Drill rapper 22Gz was released on bond Thursday night after he was charged with attempted murder.
The rapper was released from jail last night, after he was arrested at the JFK Airport and charged with attempted murder.
The Brooklyn drill rapper, whose real name is Jefferey Mark Alexander, allegedly shot a man on March 6 in Brooklyn.
The 31-year-old victim suffered a gunshot wound to his left foot, the NYPD said, reports to The New York Post.
The 24-year-old rapper was also charged with two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment, police said, according to The New York Post.
He was arraigned in Brooklyn Supreme Court on Monday night and his bail was set at $500,000, reports The New York Post.
