HARLEM, NYC- A McDonald’s employee was stabbed in the neck on Wednesday, police say.
The incident happened inside of the McDonald’s at 2142 3rd Ave. in East Harlem, reports Newsweek.
When police arrived at the scene, they found a 31-year-old male employee with multiple stab wounds all over his body. He was taken to a hospital and placed in critical condition.
Police say an identified male went into the McDonald’s and began arguing with another employee.
Another employee, and the 31-year-old victim attempted to defuse the situation between the enraged customer and the other employee, but the male suspect stabbed the victim in his neck and back with a boxcutter.
According to Newsweek, the suspect fled with a ski mask on.
