NYC- An elderly man was stabbed Friday, and now police are searching for the suspect.
Police say the 58-year-old male victim was walking on a southbound A train platform at the 125th Street and St. Nicholas Ave around 4:20 a.m. when he was approached by the suspect.
The suspect allegedly attempted to start an argument with the victim, but he ignored him, according to the NYPD.
When the victim walked away, the suspect followed him, pulled out a knife and stabbed him once in the upper part of his back.
The suspect fled the scene, and the victim was taken to a hospital where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
