QUEENS, NY- Police shut down an illegal swingers party on Sunday.
The party, which was held at the Caligula club, had more than 80 people inside. Police caught several people in the act of having sex.
According to police, the club is in a Coronavirus yellow zone due to the rising cases.
The club also had no liquor license.
Police charged two organizers and one patron with multiple misdemeanors.
