MIAMI- A brawl at the Miami International Airport Monday left a police officer with a bite to his head and two suspects arrested.
A passenger was reportedly upset after he was told his flight was delayed, grabbing an airport golf cart and demanding to know details behind his delay.
In a now viral video, a police officer can be seen approaching the suspect as a large crowd begins to form around them. The officer is seen putting a suspect in a chokehold before he draws his gun, and the crowd begins to shout and break out in chaos.
Miami Dade police arrested two suspects, identified as Alberto Yanez Suarez and Mayfrer Gregorio Serranopaca, and they were both charged with battery, according to a press release Tuesday.
An officer suffered an injury to his head after Serranopaca allegedly bit him. Serranopaca was also treated for injuries.
