Officer who killed Rayshard Brown faces death penalty; partner will snitch

ATLANTA- Ex-officer Garrett Rolfe, who shot and killed Rayshard Brown faces the death penalty if convicted.

The Fulton County District Attorney’s office announced that 27-year-old Rolfe is facing 11 charges in total. He was also fired on Saturday.

His partner, Devin Brosnan, 26, is facing 3 charges which also include aggravated assault like Rolfe.

Brosman is actually going to testify AGAINST his partner Rolfe in order to reduce his charges/time of course.

Rayshard Brown was shot in his back as he ran away from Rolfe and Brosman, unarmed, after resisting arrest and stealing one of their taser guns.
