Offset And Cardi B Sued After Trashing Rented Los Angeles Home And Unpaid Rent, Lawsuit

LOS ANGELES – Offset and Cardi B are being sued for trashing their rented L.A. home and unpaid rent.

The reality star turned rapper and her husband (who announced they have been estranged for months) moved into the property in early 2020 and lived there with their two children, Kulture, 5, and Wave, 2, “for approximately 20 months” and are being sued by their former landlord for unpaid rent, utility fees and “significant property damage” to the adobe, according to RadarOnline.com.

According to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the pair allegedly “vacated the home without notice” in October 2023, having “failed to pay rent and utilities for a period of time.”

The company, Rapkin and Associates want to reclaim the money, and for damages to compensate for “permanent stains and scratches” on limestone tile floors, rugs, and curtains, and colored paint marks on the white leather couches and dining room leather.

The landlords are also alleging that the family left behind “burn marks on tables, counters, couches, chairs, and cabinets; broken furniture; broken speakers; and excessive holes and marks on the walls” and claim it cost them up to $85,000 for repairs.

The complaint claims they have tried to resolve the matter with the pair before filing the suit.

Cardi B has said in a radio interview that her and Offset are landlords themselves, with several properties.
