FLORIDA- One of four men who were charged in the death of rapper XXXTentacion has pleaded guilty and will testify against the other 3 suspect, according to the Sun-Sentinel.

Robert Allen, 26, pleaded guilty Friday to second-degree murder and robbery with a deadly weapon, according to prosecutors.

Allen will be cooperating with prosecution against his co-defendants Michael Boatwright, 26, Dedrick Williams, 26, and Trayvon Newsome, 24, reports the Sun-Sentinel.

Allen’s attorney, James Lewis, said he felt that it was in his client’s best interest to enter his plea and cooperate, the outlet reports.

Boatwright, Williams and Newsome reportedly were indicted on charges of first-degree murder and robbery with a deadly weapon. They all pleaded not guilty.

XXXTentacion, whose real name is Jahseh Onfroy, was leaving a Motorsports dealership on June 18, 2018, to his BMW when an SUV pulled up and blocked his vehicle. Two armed men jumped out of the SUV, shooting him multiple times and then robbed him.
