CHICAGO- Police arrested a pharmacist on Tuesday for allegedly selling blank Centers for Disease Control and Prevention vaccine cards online, according to the Department of Justice.
Tangtang Zhao, 34, is accused of stealing the cards from the clinic where he worked at in Chicago and sold them on eBay for $10 each.
11 people brought the cards, including one person who brought 17 cards in April, prosecutors say.
Zhao allegedly made a profit of $1200 before he was busted.
Zhao has been charged with theft of government property and faces up to 10 years in prison for each count.
