TORONTO- Police have arrested 3 men and have identified 3 others in connection to a shooting that happened last year at a memorial for slain rapper Houdini, reports 680 News .
Gaddiel Ledinek, 25, was arrested and faces charges that include two counts of failing to comply with a release order, discharge with intent to wound and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
Traequan Mahoney, 21, has been arrested and faces multiple charges that include discharge of a firearm with intent to wound and unauthorized possession of a forearm.
The third suspect, Maurice Donegan, 37, has been arrested and charged with discharge of a firearm with intent to wound, possession of a loaded prohibited or restricted firearm and authorized possession of a firearm..
Police have issued arrest warrants for three other suspects.
The suspects are accused of shooting at crowd that had gathered in a parking lot for a memorial that was held for slain rapper Houdini in June of 2020.
9 people from the crowd of people fired back at the suspects, who fled in a vehicle.
Victims were taken to a hospital, but there were no fatalities.
